I have completed Phases 1 and 2 and am currently working with a Brainspotting consultant towards certification. I am also a PsyD student and expect to take my comprehensive exam in nine months, which will allow me to begin working as a psychological assistant. In addition to my PsyD, I am halfway through a research PhD in sports psychology. My research is focused on how fear influences performance in high-risk sports participants. I utilize a variety of qualitative methods in my research, including grounded theory, interpretive phenomenological analysis, and ethnography. I frequently work with participants who have experienced sport-related trauma and prioritize a trauma-informed approach in my research.
