I assist individuals with a variety of concerns including self-esteem, anxiety, depression. I enjoy using different modalities including brainspotting and ACT. I am located in Arvada near old town.

I work best with helping professions including teachers, nurses, first responders, and other therapists. I am an LBGTQIA + Ally.

I enjoy getting to know clients and allowing them to tell their stories in a safe space. I believe everyone has the resources within themselves to heal, just sometimes need assisting finding those resources.
