Kristy Eldredge, EdD, LPC, NCC, ACS, CCTP, CAGCS

My approach to counseling is one which is collaborative and reflective; my client and I work together to explore emotions, body sensations, thoughts, beliefs and unique life experiences. In this process, we will create a deeper understanding of a client's personal background, using it as a road map for increasing success in present relationships, personal / career goals, and overall appreciation of, and compassion for oneself. Many people experience fear when considering talking with someone about their past or current struggles. In my practice, I value a non-judgmental and open-minded approach to support clients' journey of healing.
I have specialized training in trauma and dissociative disorders, including Brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), grief counseling, telebehavioral counseling, counselor education, and counselor supervision (Doctorate of Counselor Education and Supervision; Approved Clinical Supervisor credential).
