Bette Sheldon Long, Ph.D.

I am a Clinical Psychologist, licensed in CO in 1992, who has been working in the mental health field for over 30 years. I trained in EMDR in 1998 and Brainspotting Level 1 in 2007. I have completed all 4 levels of BSP, the Intensive BSP training, and the Master class with David Grand, Ph.D. I work with children, adolescents, and adults with issues of trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, attachment, grief/loss, divorce etc. I work with athletes on peak performance and trauma recovery. I have found Brainspotting to be a highly effective healing approach. I integrate play therapy and BSP in my work with children.
