Aimee Viniard-Weideman, M.A., PCC, Neuro-Leadership Coach, Organization and Relationship Systems Coach, Collective Trauma and Integration Healing Facilitator I help people and systems move through transitions with purpose, clarity and compassion. As founder of Daybreak Transition Partners, I work with leaders, teams and organizations navigating uncertainty, growth or disruption—whether due to leadership changes, strategic pivots, burnout or deeper calls for transformation. I bring a systems lens to change. That means recognizing the patterns, relationships, and dynamics that shape our internal lives, teams and organizations. My work blends strategic thinking, trauma-informed coaching and facilitation to help people build alignment, heal disconnection and lead from a more grounded place. Whether I’m coaching a leader in transition, guiding a team through strategic realignment or supporting systems in activating a new vision, I help people pause with purpose—so they can move forward with greater clarity, creativity, and confidence. I draw from a wide-ranging background and roles in journalism, strategic communications, community engagement, organizational development, grief support, individual and collective trauma healing, coaching and energy-based healing. Each role has taught me how systems evolve—and how people can, too. My certifications and trainings include Brainspotting, Neuro-Leadership Coaching, Collective Trauma Facilitation, and Organization and Relations Systems Coaching.
