This experiential presentation provides a safe space for participants to learn and increase their felt-sense of limbic counter-transference and process limbic counter-transference through expressive arts.Participants will be led and supported in a group brainspotting and expressive arts journey, allowing for a safe opportunity to experiment with and learn how to use Brainspotting and creativity to process clinical issues and/or limbic countertransference.

Clinicians will leave with ideas on how to integrate expressive arts and Brainspotting into their own practice with clients or as a way to process and release the limbic countertransference that is inevitable for clinicians providing Brainspotting sessions. There will be time for a personal and technical debrief where questions about this process and the integration of Expressive Arts and Brainspotting can be answered.
