I am an approved Brainspotting Consultant and therapist with a specialization in complex attachment trauma, CPTSD/PTSD,dissociative disorders, and Adult Children of Alcoholics and Dysfunctional Families. I also specialize in neurodivergent folks with trauma histories. I am certified in Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST), which integrates Internal Family Systems/parts work and Sensorimotor psychotherapy. I often integrate parts work/TIST with Brainspotting therapy for trauma processing. 

As an ADHDer and Adult child of a dysfunctional family, I know healing is a linear process. There is always an option for healing and change, we sometimes just need help finding it. That is why I do this work. I hope you join me.
