Andrea Linde, MA LMHC Brainspotting and EMDR Psychotherapist
Have you recently suffered a loss? Do you have a child with anxiety? You may have tried other therapies to feel better and you may even have given up hope that feeling better was possible for you. Brainspotting is a very effective tool that helps clients feel more alive and process grief and trauma more quickly and gently.
Seeking help from a trusted therapist is a sign of strength. My work with hundreds of clients over the last 17 years has helped them to heal from their grief and loss and trauma. They are strong people who just needed extra support, like you.
My clients have been able to process their distress to help them find freedom from depression, lethargy, exhaustion, anxiety, panic, hyperactivity, restlessness, digestive problems, chronic pain, sleeplessness, hostility/rage, among other issues. Brainspotting helps you to access your body’s innate ability to heal. Except when you are healing the trauma, you are not alone in this processing.
Working with children, parents, couples and adults who need help dealing with painful emotions is my specialty, and my clients look to me as a trusted confidant to guide them through the challenges they are facing.
Having experienced grief and loss personally, I approach my practice from a place of both clinical and personal knowledge. I use cutting edge tools, and I am always learning and growing as a therapist and an individual.
Seeing my clients grow and develop and transform traumatic events into just memories is a privilege, and I feel honored to share these breakthroughs and connections with them.
