- Apply healing-centered language principles across clinical and non-clinical roles.
- Examine the provider’s role in co-regulation and relational presence.
- Recognize secondary traumatic stress and identify practices that support provider sustainability.
Vanya Garabedian, LCSW, brings over 25 years of experience to the behavioral health field and is the founder of Intentional Path Counseling in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Her clinical focus includes attention to the systems that create harm around race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, and gender identity, while supporting people in healing from the trauma those systems cause. Vanya is a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and Consultant and an approved continuing education provider through the New Mexico Counseling and Therapy Practice Board. In addition to clinical work, she facilitates workshops on cultural humility and awareness, supervision, ethics, and healing-informed care.
