After engaging in the Brainspotting and Inner BlindSpot Work workshop, participants will be able to do the following:
- Understand the concept of blind spots and the unconscious shadow, including how they affect a person’s ability to interact, function, and excel.
- Recognize different types of blind spots and learn practical ways to identify them, including the use of metaphors.
- Develop attunement with clients while applying flexible Inner BlindSpot Work guidelines during processing.
