I specialize in trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, and relationship challenges. Trained in both Brainspotting and EMDR, I have found Brainspotting to be a particularly powerful and effective approach for helping clients access deeper areas of the brain where trauma and emotional experiences are often stored. It can help process experiences that may feel stuck or difficult to reach through talk therapy alone. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients can heal, grow, and create lasting change.
