Mikenna Kossow, LPC-C
I provide brainspotting-informed psychotherapy, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), and psychedelic integration for adults navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, life transitions, chronic illness, and questions of identity, purpose, and meaning.
My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens not only through insight, but through the body’s innate capacity to process, integrate, and move toward wholeness. Brainspotting and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy offer powerful pathways for accessing experiences that may exist beyond words, helping clients connect with deeper emotional, somatic, and nervous system processes that can support lasting change.
I integrate Brainspotting with somatic awareness, mindfulness, attachment-informed care, parts work, and transpersonal perspectives. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and protective adaptations that may no longer be serving you while cultivating greater presence, self-trust, and connection to your authentic self.
I strive to create a therapeutic space that is grounded, compassionate, and collaborative, one where all parts of your experience are welcome. Whether you are seeking relief from symptoms, processing trauma, navigating a major life transition, or pursuing deeper personal growth, therapy can become a space for meaningful transformation, integration, and reconnection with yourself.
