Zoe Eckersley, Accredited Registrant Psychotherapist (NCPS)
Zoe is a warm, trauma-informed psychotherapist who works with both adults and young people. She offers a supportive, non-judgemental space where clients can explore what’s going on for them at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.
Her approach combines talking therapy with gentle, body-based methods including brainspotting, hypnotherapy and somatic work. This allows clients to not only talk things through, but also process experiences held in the body and nervous system.
Brainspotting is a central part of Zoe’s work. It is a focused, brain-body approach that can help access and process experiences that may feel difficult to put into words. Many clients find it helpful for working through anxiety, trauma, overwhelm and patterns that feel “stuck.”
Zoe trained directly with Dr David Grand, the founder of Brainspotting, and is qualified across all four phases. She continues to develop her practice through ongoing training and advanced masterclasses.
She works with a range of difficulties including anxiety, trauma, low self-worth, emotional overwhelm and relationship challenges. Her style is calm, collaborative and responsive to each individual, helping clients build understanding, resilience and a greater sense of control over time.
