I’m Terrina Beatty, a Licensed Professional Counselor, with 34 years of
experience in counseling. I experience life as a wild and wonderful adventure and
I consider myself a transformational guide on that journey. My goal is to provide a
supportive and empowering environment where one can explore and thrive.

My approach to counseling is eclectic, allowing me to adapt to each client’s
unique need and situation. Some clients need to be taught new skills and some
coached to achieve their goals. Some need a safe nonjudgmental space to
process old or current traumas and others seek help with relationships.

I developed skills in working with performance enhancement
for athletes, creatives, and professionals. When you freeze in front
of an audience to the point that you can’t speak; or in a golf competition you get the yips in the last hole; or can’t mouth the right notes on your instrument. These phenomena inhibit you from being in the flow of performance.
