Hi there.  I am a Certified Integrative Mental Health Coach, Certified CranioSacral Therapist, Certified Massage Therapist, Certified Health Coach, and an Accredited T’ai Chi Chih Instructor.  I am also Certified in Brainspotting.

I have a background in Occupational Therapy, (29 years experience), treat all ages, but really love combining CranioSacral Therapy and Osteopathic Bodywork (20 year+ private practice), with Brainspotting, as it is a dynamite combination!  I work primarily over Zoom, and have worked with clients in other countries as well, as long as there is a translator or someone who speaks English.  I’ve taken Monika’s class and Jenn Alexander’s child and adolescent class as well as her Military and First Responder trainings.
