I am licensed in Idaho and see clients in-person in my Boise office or via telehealth for clients throughout the state. I see individual clients ages 10 and older, couples, and families.

My passion lies in helping people improve their relationships with others and with themselves. I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, addiction, obsessive-compulsive disorder (including scrupulosity), PTSD, grief, self-esteem concerns, infidelity, betrayal trauma, communication difficulties, and more. I specialize in spiritual concerns, including religious trauma, spiritual abuse, mixed-faith marriages, and faith crisis, transition, and deconstruction. I take a collaborative approach to therapy and tailor treatment to the unique needs of each client.

I am certified in Brainspotting and trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I also utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Adlerian Therapy, and experiential approaches such sand tray and expressive arts.
