Nicole Lanciotti is a Certified Nature-Informed Therapist and Phase 1 & Phase 2 Brainspotting Clinician trained by Mariya Javed-Payne. Nicole owns her own practice where she serves adults and young adults in the Baltimore Metro area. She utilizes Brainspotting within a holistic, mind-body framework to support neurodivergent, and anxiety-prone individuals who feel stuck in trauma, overwhelm, perfectionism, or nervous system dysregulation. Nicole integrates Brainspotting with ACT, mindfulness, and nature-informed therapy to promote deep, embodied healing. She also offers Brainspotting intensives for clients seeking focused, extended sessions to address complex or longstanding concerns and support meaningful, sustainable change.
