You spend your days caring for others, often while carrying the weight of chronic stress, burnout, or unresolved trauma. I help you care for yourself. I offer trauma-informed, relational therapy utilizing multiple modalities to fit your needs like Brainspotting, parts work (IFS-informed), solution-focused therapy, and systemic approaches to help you move through the stuck places, reconnect with your sense of self, and find clarity and relief.
My practice is especially attuned to the needs of healthcare providers, first responders, and those who experience repeated stress in their personal or professional lives. We’ll work together at your pace, using Brainspotting to tap into the body’s natural healing mechanisms, uncover hidden wounds, and gently process overwhelming emotions stored in the nervous system.
