‘m a licensed therapist based in Boulder, Colorado, and I enjoy helping people build the capacity to be with difficult emotions, process unresolved experiences, and find relief from the effects of chronic stress and trauma. Many of the people I work with feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, caught in cycles of overthinking or rumination, or repeating patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we work to create greater safety in the body, increase nervous system regulation, and develop the ability to stay present with challenging experiences rather than becoming overwhelmed by them.
As clients build capacity and resilience, they often experience greater ease in their daily lives, deeper connections in relationships, increased self-trust, and a stronger sense of vitality and well-being.
My approach integrates body-based, mindfulness, and experiential therapies, including Somatic Experiencing®, Brainspotting, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed therapy, and Integral Somatic Psychology®. These approaches support healing at both the emotional and physiological levels, helping clients release patterns of survival stress, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with themselves and others. My own meditation and movement practices continue to inform my work and the grounded, compassionate presence I bring to the therapeutic relationship.
