My approach to therapy is introspective and somatic, often using Brainspotting to help clients experience more peace, resilience, self-compassion, creativity, connection, and authenticity in their lives. While I work with a wide range of issues, I’m especially passionate about working with grief, anxiety, women’s issues, trauma, and blocks in performance and creative expression. As a result of my own lived experience, I specialize in working with musicians, visual and performing artists, writers, and athletes to address blocks in performance and/or creative flow. These blocks may include issues like performance anxiety, perfectionism, writer’s block, and low creative inspiration. I use Brainspotting to help clients identify, access, and process the underlying emotional and experiential roots of these blocks, guiding them toward a stronger connection with their creativity, confidence, and natural flow state.
