My work’s passion lies in my belief that the body, mind, and spirit are deeply connected; therefore, each individual’s emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects must be balanced for growth and healing to occur. My focus is to assist you in creating wellness through education, increased awareness, and self-exploration, to develop the tools necessary to support solid changes that will last your lifetime. When appropriate, I draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities to help facilitate your process.
