My practice specializes in supporting adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma symptoms, grief and loss, and life transitions. I also have speciality training in supporting maternal mental health, which includes the perinatal phase, the postpartum period, pregnancy loss, infertility, and navigating the stress and depletion that comes with parenthood. I have specialty training in supporting mothers and I also support fathers as they navigate the transition into parenthood. I am a certified Brainspotting clinician and incorporate both Brainspotting and psychotherapy into my practice.
