Empowering Healing, Growth, and Connection

At the core of my practice is the belief that every individual has the innate ability to heal, grow, and create meaningful connections. As a trauma specialist, I work with individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges—including trauma, anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship struggles, and major life transitions. My approach is both compassionate and results-driven, integrating cutting-edge, evidence-based techniques that foster deep and lasting change.

I specialize in trauma healing using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Brainspotting, and Neurofeedback, which help process and release trauma stored in the body and nervous system. These approaches, combined with traditional talk therapy, allow clients to break free from past wounds, regulate emotions, and move forward with resilience and clarity.

I tailor every session to meet the unique needs of my clients, drawing from a wide range of modalities, including:

  • EMDR, Brainspotting & Neurofeedback – Powerful tools to rewire trauma responses and restore emotional balance.
  • Somatic Therapy & Mindfulness Practices – Helping clients reconnect with their bodies and regulate stress.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – Addressing thought patterns, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – Encouraging self-awareness, values-driven action, and resilience.
  • Gottman Method & Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) – Strengthening communication and intimacy in relationships.

I work best with individuals and couples who are ready to engage in the process, who are willing to explore, reflect, and take action beyond the therapy room. Healing isn’t about finding a quick fix—it’s about committing to the work of self-discovery, self-compassion, and transformation.

If you are looking for a trauma-informed therapist who will meet you where you are—with empathy, honesty, and a touch of humor—while guiding you toward a life of deeper fulfillment and connection, I would love to work with you.
