Sara Swift M.A., SEP has a private therapy practice working with a local, national, and international clientele specializing in trauma resolution, early attachment issues. and MTBI (Mild Traumatic Brain Injury). Over the past thirty-five years, Sara has developed an integrative blend of counseling, therapeutic bodywork, yoga, and meditation, incorporating  Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, DARe (Dynamic Attachment Repatterning Expereince), CranioSacral Therapy, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Kripalu Yoga, Kripalu Bodywork and her ongoing studies in The Diamond Approach. She empowers clients to access their innate wisdom and healing, creating a spirit of health and aliveness in their body, mind, and spirit.
