From our brainspotting therapist, Katherine:

Life is made of ups and downs, and in those tough, even dark moments, it is my privilege to walk alongside you. Using an eclectic blend of talk therapy, I help my clients process their experiences to find healing. I believe that feelings are meant to be felt and moved through, and building a robust coping skill toolbox is essential for navigating life’s challenges. Healthy connections in relationships foster good mental health, and I am here to support you in reaching your personal goals and experiencing increased intimacy by working alongside your relationships. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy to help you on this journey. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Northern Colorado in 2012, and I am now a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Before my master’s, I completed a dual Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. My professional journey has taken me through diverse settings, from in-home care to a halfway house, allowing me to relate easily to people from all walks of life. Since 2016, I have had the privilege of being part of the Brighton community. I am committed to continued professional development and am a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). Each year, I build my specialty based on my clients’ needs, ensuring that I am always equipped to provide the best care possible. I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, depression, family relationships, life transitions, medical issues/physical health, intimate/romantic relationships, spirituality, and stress. I also offer SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. I look forward to meeting with you and working toward your best health. Let’s take this journey together.
