I see clients through both Sondermind and Headway. I enjoy working with adults and seniors needing support around anxiety and life transitions. Life transitions can run the life span; from a college student overwhelmed with their first semester, new mothers dealing with the stress of a newborn, to seniors struggling with caregiver burnout.
I believe in the power of externalizing thoughts and feelings. I offer active listening, objective non-judgmental observations, resources, and brain spotting to help you process and increase your sense of peace.
