There is something I have believed for nearly two decades of sitting with people in their most tender and complex moments: you came into this world whole. Whatever has happened since, from losses and ways you’ve learned to survive, none of it has taken that from you. My work is to help you find your way back to yourself. I’ve supported adults navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic illness, ADHD and long-standing emotional and relational patterns, as well as Highly Sensitive Persons, offering support with overwhelm, allowing emotions to have space, with compassion. My style is warm, steady, gently direct, intuitive, and at your pace.

I work somatically and relationally, which means I pay attention to what your body knows alongside what your mind understands. I use Brainspotting/EMDR, approaches which move people through what talk alone cannot reach, along with IFS-informed parts work, ACT, Family Systems, and Humanistic approaches, woven together intuitively based on what you need.

I bring lived experience with chronic illness and deep empathy for its toll. My background includes certified yoga instruction, Nia blackbelt, Healing Touch Level III, Reiki, and years facilitating Mindful Movement and Dance. I love the Enneagram and weave it into our work. Clients often feel deeply seen, grounded, and safely accompanied in their healing.
