As a previous coach, personal trainer, and athlete, I experienced challenges athletes to face both on and off the playing field. My practice centers on helping athletes, coaches, their families, and support personnel navigate mental health and performance issues.
I specialize in Brainspotting, Trauma/PTSD/Sport PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I am working towards Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) certification and offer mental performance coaching.
I provide mental health counseling in Colorado (LPC) and New Mexico (LPCC) and mental performance coaching globally.
I have a diverse background in athletics and performance and currently practice Jiu Jitsu. Jiu-jitsu has allowed me to push myself outside my comfort zone and stretch my mental performance. I have seen the demands MMA athletes face in training and off the mats, and I am passionate about giving back to this community.
