The various life experiences begin to shape us at a young age and these experiences can have lasting impact on the way we engage with our world. Helping clients uncover and address these impact is a goal of therapy.
Curiosity cures the client. -Michelle Keller. Through the use of brainspotting I help client go beyond talk therapy and address the part of the brain where our experiences that shape us live. We begin to explore where these experiences become stored in the body and work to reduce activation.
