In my private practice I provide individual, couple, and family therapy. I am eclectic in my approach and techniques used and can describe my philosophy as client-centered and mind-body oriented. I have been trained in CBT and ACT therapies; however, I have incorporated and widely used both EMDR and Brainspotting in the past few years. Currently, I am particularly interested in treating trauma with the use of Brainspotting. I am a licensed MFT and I have a PsyD in Clinical Psychology.
