I'm an integrative trauma therapist using a holistic approach in working with adults who have experienced childhood abuse and neglect. I specialize in people pleasing, perfectionism, shame and all of the ways childhood physical, sexual and emotional abuse and physical and emotional neglect show up in our lives.

I'm the owner of a group practice called The Baltimore Annapolis Center for Integrative Healing, specializing in trauma and attachment from an integrative and somatically oriented perspective. We use play therapy, expressive arts, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and other bottom-up approaches in our work with people who have attachment wounds, trauma, grief and loss.

I'm also a coach and consultant for trauma therapists and the host of two podcasts, Therapy Chat and Trauma Chat.
