In both my personal and professional life I have focused on finding and encompassing authenticity. In my practice this means being my authentic self, providing an open and nonjudgmental space, and allowing for human connection in order to promote change and healing.
I work with adults and teenagers who are dealing with life stressors and changes or are struggling with past traumas. I use a variety of different modalities including Brainspotting in order to create a plan that fits the individual. I have completed the first two levels of Brainspotting trainings and have a background in Hospice as well as community mental health.
