I am the founder of Innis Integrative Therapy, which has been developed to address the confusion and complications related to the physical manifestations of pain and chronic conditions that have underpinnings of trauma. My unique approach to trauma resolution is distilled from my expertise as a physical therapist (PT) , a somatic psychotherapist (MA, LPC), and a trauma expert (SEP). I have done extensive research, training, and clinical work in the field of pain management and mind-body approaches to holistic healing.

I believe that each body has an innate wisdom and strength of its own, and I will work with you to tap into that awareness and develop greater trust of your body.
