I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) specializing in teens, adults and couples. I work from a trauma-informed perspective and am certified as an EMDR therapist who is also trained in Brainspotting and Flash Technique. I also utilize sand tray & somatic therapy. I have advanced training in EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) for working with couples. I am in private practice in Simi Valley, California.
