I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years.  I have worked at a day treatment facility, sexual assault center, domestic violence center and in outpatient counseling.  I have worked with clients, ages 4 to adult, providing treatment to individuals with mental health disorders as well as for issues such as parent/child conflict, behavioral concerns, self-esteem, communication skills, anger management, abuse and trauma, grief and loss. I have training in Brainspotting  Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Informed Care.

I believe that everyone has the ability to heal and overcome their hurt, sadness, grief, anxiety or trauma to become the best versions of themselves.
