A Road Through is a modern, trauma-informed therapy practice based in Los Angeles, CA. We provide culturally responsive care for adults across California, Arizona, Utah, and Connecticut. Our clinicians specialize in working with creatives, entrepreneurs, and other high-achieving professionals, including many people of color and first-generation individuals navigating the emotional impact of trauma, identity stress, burnout, and relational challenges.

We offer Brainspotting, EMDR, and integrative trauma therapy to help clients process unresolved trauma, chronic stress, attachment wounds, and nervous system overwhelm. Our approach is collaborative, attuned, and paced with care, with particular attention to how culture, family systems, and lived experience shape the healing process. We strive to create a therapeutic space where clients do not have to explain or justify their experiences in order to be understood.
