I bring extensive expertise in coming to terms with traumatic events, addressing depression, reducing anxiety and stress, coping with grief and loss, dealing with addictions, managing career and workplace issues, tackling relationship/couples concerns, and pursuing spiritual development. I incorporated brainspotting into my practice 8 years ago.

My approach is informed by interventions supported by research. I provide short as well as longer term therapy depending on our mutually determined goals.
