I specialize in the many manifestations of complex and relational trauma, including but not limited to: addictions of all kinds, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and overwhelm caused by life stressors. My approach is eclectic, and I draw from the wisdom of a number of spiritual and psychological traditions in my practice. I also integrate a number of modalities into my work with my clients, including Brainspotting. My overall goal of the integration of these streams of influence to to remain relationally attuned and flexible to meet the varying and shifting needs of my clients and to help my clients connect with their innate healing abilities and resources.
